Dr. Rick Goodman

Dr. Rick Goodman speaks from real-life experiences and achieves great results! Rick is the author of Living a Championship Life "A Game Plan for Success" which has been widely acclaimed since its release. Rick has worked with companies of all sizes-from small businesses and entrepreneurial startups to Fortune 500 companies His high-energy content rich keynotes, seminars and workshops are designed for associations and firms of all sizes that want to maximize their potential.

After having developing one of the largest healthcare practices in St. Louis, Missouri Dr.Rick formed Goodman Presentations a consulting company designed to provide physicians with specific tools and systems, enabling them to grow their practices and rapidly achieve financial independence.

In 1995 Dr. Rick became a medical staff member for two professional sports teams the St. Louis Rams and the St. Louis Ambush.

Soon after, Dr. Rick sold his medical practice and founded a new company called S.T.A. Consulting Inc. whose primary mission was to introduce his team building concepts and systems into the corporate sector.

Dr. Rick was then hired by two of the largest corporations in America McDonnell Douglas and the Boeing Corporation's. He implemented his proprietary strategies on forming and executing self-directed work teams in all of their production facilities.

Throughout this project Dr. Rick had the opportunity to work directly with leaders from all branches of the armed services. Their goal was to increase the productivity of their employees, maximize their efficiency and cut costs. In the first two years the program saved each of the companies several million dollars and prevented layoffs at all of their facilities.

In March of 2000, Dr. Rick became vice-president of operations for Neurology Associates Group, Inc., where he helped the company grow from two multi-disciplinary medical facilities to 11 facilities in just three years. His success made Neurology Associates Group one of the largest medical practices in south Florida with more than 100 employees and revenues in excess several million dollars per year.

Dr. Rick’s latest startup is Advantage Legal Seminars. The company was formed in 2005 and is now one of the fastest growing continuing education companies in its field. Advantage offers a full lineup of business and legal themed seminars and products and is currently approved for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits in many states. Dr. Rick is a member of the National Speaker’s association (NSA), the International Federation for Professional Speakers (IFPS) and is a board member of the Florida Speakers Association (FSA).Whether delivering a keynote address or a full-day program, Dr. Rick’s programs give your audience specific tools and systems that enable them to achieve great results.

Brad D. Rabinowitz, Esq.

Brad D. Rabinowitz, Esq., is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the District of Columbia. Mr. Rabinowitz is a partner in the New York City firm of Akabas & Sproule, where he heads the Real Estate department and specializes in Real Estate Law and Real estate based Civil Litigation. Mr. Rabinowitz previously was a partner in the New York City firm of Calotta, Levine & Samuel, and before that worked with two of the biggest law firms on Long Island.

He was born in Queens, New York and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1988; the District of Columbia Bar in 1989 and the United States District Courts, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1991. He graduated from The University at Albany (B.A., cum laude, 1985) and from Boston University School of Law (J.D., 1988). He is a member of the New York County, New York State and American Bar Associations and is also a member of MENSA. Mr. Rabinowitz was a 4 year starter for the University at Albany NCAA Lacrosse team and still plays competitively today. He has one son and lives in New York, New York.


Robert L. Pollack, Esq.

Robert L. Pollack, Esq., has almost 20 years of civil trial litigation experience, having personally litigated several hundred trials, hearings, arbitrations, administrative proceedings and appeals in both state and federal courts.

He attended Rutgers University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 1984 with a major in History. Mr. Pollack also completed a two-year legal internship with the Middlesex County Public Defender Office and worked closely with the legal investigative staff to prepare trial counsel for trial.

Mr. Pollack is a proud graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, at which he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1988. While attending law school, Mr. Pollack gained substantial litigation experience and mentoring through a legal internship with a prestigious statewide litigation firm. He has been successfully practicing law since 1988.

Mr. Pollack concentrates his practice on Probate, Commercial and Family Law litigation in the state and federal courts, and has made several pro hac vice appearances for his clients in other states. He has also been appointed as an arbitrator by the Collier County Circuit Court, where he practiced law for almost 17 years. Mr. Pollack is a member of the Florida Bar as well as the Federal Middle District Court and the Federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Matthew Konecky

Matthew Konecky is an experienced trial lawyer originally from the Moline, Illinois area.

Matthew received his undergraduate degree in Business from Indiana University in Bloomington. While attending Indiana, he was a member of the IU wrestling team, where he earned the Alpha Beta Honorary, which honors student-athletes who also excel in the classroom.

Matthew furthered his education by attending Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center, graduating Cum Laude in 2001. While attending Nova, he jump-started his law career with internships at both the City Attorney's Office in Rock Island, Illinois, as well as at the Broward County Public Defender's Office. During his time as a Certified Legal Intern, Matthew was able to try cases for Broward's Domestic Violence Division.

Upon graduation from Nova, Mr. Konecky began his legal career working for a high volume criminal defense and personal injury law firm in Miami. Over the course of two years, Matthew helped hundreds of clients who had been injured as a result of negligence. Matthew honed his skills by handling a wide variety of cases, from misdemeanors to felonies.

Matthew Konecky founded his private practice - the Law Office of Matthew Konecky, P.A. - in 2004. Matthew strives to bring both a passion for excellence and a personal touch to his private law practice.

Mr. Konecky is a member of the Florida Bar, Illinois Bar, Broward County Bar Association, and American Association of Justice.


Stewart G. Greenberg, Esq.

Stewart G. Greenberg, Esq. was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, Florida in May 1979. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University in 1976. He received an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell during his first year of eligibility in 1989 and has maintained that company's highest said rating ever since.

Mr. Greenberg has also been recognized by Who's Who in American Law, Millennium Edition. Mr. Greenberg is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since 1979 and the New York Bar since 1986. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the Middle District of Florida and the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Greenberg is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America; the American Bar Association; The Dade County Bar Association; The Million Dollar Advocate Forum and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Outside of the office, Mr. Greenberg has served as President of Bet-Shira Congregation and is a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Greenberg has also served on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Organization (JAFCO) and chaired their capital fundraising campaign for their new Children's Village in Sunrise, Florida.


Steven L. Werble

Steven L. Werble is the founder of Werble Consulting Group, PA and concentrates his practice in Accounting, Business Consulting and Tax Services for a variety of business and individual clients. He has been servicing professional athletes for many years with services including, tax planning and preparation, creation of charitable foundations, and other financial services.

Mr. Werble's athlete clients include current NFL & NBA players, as well as, former ATP tennis players, former Olympic athletes (including a 2 time gold medalist), and former NHL players.

Mr. Werble received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University in 1986. He went on to receive his CPA in New York State in 1990 and Florida in 1992. Mr. Werble is also a member of the NFLPA were he is a Registered Player Financial Advisor. Mr. Werble founded his CPA practice in South Florida in 1994.


Jessica Pettitt

Through her corporate social responsibility programs,
Good Enough Now, Jessica frames even difficult subjects in an engaging and welcoming way. As a professional speaker with over ten years of experience, her expertise earned her the Certified Speaking Professional designation from the National Speakers Association and brought her to the TED stage to talk about re-energizing social justice work by recognizing that anger is a terrible recruitment tool.

Whether she provides a motivational keynote, an in-depth workshop, facilitates group interaction, or frames an entire conference as emcee, Jessica brings humor, a high level understanding of adult learning, and an ability to engage participants and encourage them to engage with each other.

Through teaching, writing, and facilitating tough conversations, Jessica has figured out how to BE the change she wants to BE.
